We are hiring for MULTIPLE locations in South Charlotte, North Charlotte and Mooresville, NC Position Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
Reports to: CEO/Clinical Director
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Summary:
Blue Sky MD is an innovative healthcare provider of high quality, medically effective weight management and bio-identical hormone replacement. Blue Sky MD utilizes a team consisting of Medical Doctors, Physician Assistants, Family Nurse Practitioners, and other Wellness Coaches with varying graduate and post-graduate degrees. The offering of services at Blue Sky MD embodies a preventive approach to assist patients with chronic medical issues due to weight or inadequate hormones. Due to growing patient demand, Blue Sky MD is seeking to hire a Full Time Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for the Greensboro Office.
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
The Blue Sky MD Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner will oversee patient care for Weight Management and bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. The patient care will be delivered in coordination with Wellness Coaches and Medical Assistants.
The office hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM. No nights, weekends or after hour call required.
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Requirements :
Physician Assistants and/or Nurse Practitioner applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Primary Care, Urgent Care and/or Emergency Care setting.
