Since 2006, October Road has been dedicated to providing full access to those who need our outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment services. Through our Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, Medication-Assisted Treatment Program, Cross Area Service Program, ACTT Services and other specialty services we have established ourselves as a recognized leader in Behavioral Healthcare treatment in North Carolina. We seek to meet our clients where they are at and develop comprehensive and robust treatment plans catered to maintain long-term recovery. Candidates must have Physicians Assistant or Psychiatric NP License in NC
Scope of the Position:
As this is our newest ACTT Team we are looking at about 8-10 hours per week for ACTT along with hours at our new PHP, IOP and OP facility opening soon. No weekends and no on call. Company vehicle for ACTT visits and appointments.
Experience:
(1) Licensed by state law to prescribe medications; and (2) Board certified or eligible (i.e., completed psychiatric residency) in psychiatry/mental health by a national certifying body recognized and approved by the state licensing entity. For physician extenders, must have received at least one year of supervised training (pre- or post-degree) in working with people with serious mental illness.
