Job Description:
Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will conduct a 10-15 minute medically necessary visit via video for enrollment into a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program. Face-to-Face video visit will be documented into an EHR.
Medical visits are scheduled by the Provider, so total number of medical visits performed is based upon Provider’s schedule. Total hours worked are variable and based upon Provider’s schedule. Provider must perform medical visits on a consistent (weekly) basis to remain eligible to work in the RTM enrollment program.
Provider will be employed on a 1099 employment basis.
Must have APRN license in North Carolina AND South Carolina. Must have prior CMS payor enrollment experience or PECO certification (prior/current). Must have personal computer and high speed internet access. Must dress professionally for video visits.
- Training: One hour session, however it is not paid training.
- Collaborating Physician: Customer provided
- Volume Expectation: Provider is expected to conduct 45 to 50 consults per week. This is expected to be a maximum, however Provider is free to conduct more consults per week.
- 1099 Employment: Provider must complete W9 IRS Tax Form. Provider will be paid 30 day net terms.
