HEAG Pain Management is a pain management practice that provides the most

comprehensive management approach for adult patients with acute or chronic pain.

Join our dynamic and compassionate team at [HEAG Pain Management] in

Greensboro, NC, where we provide exceptional care to patients dealing with

chronic pain. As a leading healthcare facility in the region, we are seeking a highly

skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to enhance our commitment to patient

wellness.

Here are just a few of the items that you may encounter as a NP in our group:

lower back and neck pain, cervical radiculopathy, cervical spondylosis, chronic

pain syndrome, degenerative disc disease, facet joint syndrome, fibromyalgia,

myofascial pain, sciatica, shingles, spinal stenosis, and others.

We are currently looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management Group. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. The role will encompass all aspects of acute and chronic pain management. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients while working within a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment. As a NP, you will assist the physician in providing care for patients

in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in

collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, ensuring patient comfort and

compliance.

Educate patients and their families on pain management strategies, lifestyle

modifications, and self-care practices.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment

strategies, and quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory

standards.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a

cohesive approach to patient care.

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North Carolina.

Certification in Pain Management or relevant specialty (preferred).

Minimum of 3 of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in pain management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Some

procedures may require bending, lifting, reaching, or squatting to assist the patient

or physician during a procedure. Manual dexterity is needed for using a computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
