We are excited to announce the expansion of our team and are actively seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for our new Carolina QuickCare facility in Fayetteville, NC! Our commitment is to deliver exceptional care and an unparalleled patient experience. In this dynamic role, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting, ensuring no two days are alike.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a current NP or PA license in North Carolina.
- Possess a minimum of one year’s experience (two years preferred) in an urgent, immediate, or emergency care environment.
- Embrace the challenges and rewards of urgent care, thrive in a team-focused, patient-first culture.
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a dedication to exploring all options before declining patient care.
- Foster clinical and administrative staff collaboration, exercising discretion on when to involve a supervising physician.
- Capably work independently (with indirect supervision) and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Our clinics operate Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Sundays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, staying open on all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shifts are determined by operational requirements, with an anticipated patient flow of 3-4 individuals per hour.
