Full Job Description
The Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner will work directly with the Medical Director to provide quality care and support across our Weight Wellness program.
Working in conjunction with the Medical Director and patient care team, this position will conduct appointments, maintain records of patients’ progress and medical history, provide counseling in regard to medical supported weight loss solutions and assist with patient care management.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizes, reviews and obtains the patient’s medical history, blood work and other relevant material to patient care.
- Conducts weight wellness examinations in person or virtually and creates a documented and clear plan.
- Orders and reviews blood work and diagnostics, as needed.
- Communicates in a steady and regular cadence with patients about dosing, refills, side effects, etc while finding solutions, communicating internally, documenting and closing loops of patient care.
- Reviews and takes accountability for patient progress; flagging issues in real time.
- Maintains detailed records within the company’s patient management system with regard to patient treatments, outcomes and other required medical input.
- Functions in a goal-oriented team – respects monthly goals and is ultimately accountable for monthly and annual budgets and personal goals.

Education / Experience Requirements
- Maintain current license for one of the following: Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 20 hours of availability weekly
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communication and email etiquette.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
