NURSE PRACTITIONER AT CORELIFE—A Partner of NOVANT HEALTH

We are looking for an experienced nurse practitioner to join our Winston-Salem Clinic, where you will have a set 10 hours per day, Monday-Thursday schedule. This position offers you the opportunity to be the lead member of a care team of a dietitian, exercise trainer, and other clinicians who may be utilized in the model. The nurse practitioner will monitor and manage the problems and conditions associated with obesity and engage patients in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife. Services should be consistent with accepted standards of medical practice and reasonable productivity standards adopted from time to time by Novant Health and CoreLife leadership.

Qualifications

Education: A master’s degree in an NP program or a post-master’s NP program is required. Experience: One to three years of experience working in a physician practice setting. Preferred

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current NP license in appropriate state, registry w/state medical bd, current DEA registry Required

Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with the management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
