Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Up to $40 per hour

What You’ll Earn
- Up to $40.00 per hour, based on your experience
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Schedule Monday – Friday, full-time (Overtime and occasional weekends as needed)
What You’ll Do
- Install high-quality residential heating and air conditioning systems (new systems and changeouts)
- Lead installations and support other team members on the job site
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Educate homeowners on their new system after installation
- Work with a team that values craftsmanship and does things the right way
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Certification (required) or ability to obtain within 90 days
- NATE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality work
