Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient primary care team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for flexibility while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform patient evaluations, including history, physical exams, and documentation
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications as appropriate
- Provide preventive care and patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (eClinicalWorks or similar)
- Collaborate with supervising physician and team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active NP or PA license in New Jersey
- Experience in primary care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
