Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Physician Assistant in Burlington, New Jersey.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient primary care role focused on full-scope Family Medicine services
- Opportunity to build meaningful long-term patient relationships within underserved communities
- Structured weekday schedule with dedicated administrative time for documentation and follow-up care
- Collaborative team-based care model with established workflows and EMR systems
- Historic South Jersey riverfront community offering small-town atmosphere with convenient Philadelphia access
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000+ based on experience
- Loan repayment eligibility available
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One late clinic day weekly
- Rotating shared call schedule
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
- Deliver patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams and providers
- Support continuity of care within underserved patient populations

Requirements:
- Board Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED
- Clear and active or eligible New Jersey PA license REQUIRED
- Comfortable managing full-scope outpatient primary care REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently within collaborative team environment REQUIRED
- Passion for serving underserved and diverse communities REQUIRED
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
