Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate clinician to join our regenerative medicine team. As a Regenerative Medicine Clinician, you will provide direct patient care, apply cutting-edge therapies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative treatments that promote tissue repair, regeneration, and healing. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, recommending appropriate regenerative treatments, and delivering high-quality care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing to determine the suitability of regenerative medicine therapies.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing regenerative therapies, including but not limited to stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, exosome therapy, and tissue engineering.
  • Therapeutic Application: Administer regenerative medicine treatments, including injections, infusions, or other relevant interventions, with attention to patient comfort and safety.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, scientists, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop and refine treatment protocols, and ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of regenerative treatments, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their care plan.
  • Clinical Research: Participate in ongoing clinical research studies related to regenerative medicine to stay current with emerging technologies, and help develop and evaluate new treatment modalities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatment plans, and patient responses in compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
  • Quality Improvement: Monitor patient outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided in the regenerative medicine clinic.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all practices are compliant with relevant healthcare laws, safety protocols, and institutional guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: professional degree in Medicine (PA, NP)
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted medical licensure in New York.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, or related fields.
  • Specialized Training: Advanced training or certifications in regenerative medicine techniques, such as stem cell therapy, PRP, or tissue engineering, is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficiency in performing regenerative procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $60.00 – $85.00 per hour
