Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Ketamine Therapy Practice Location: Lower Manhattan, Melville (Long Island), and White Plains (Westchester County), NY Practice Type: Thriving, Expanding Private Practice Specialty: Innovative Mental Health & Pain Management

Part-time 2-3 days per week no weekends.

Are you ready to join a dynamic and rapidly growing private practice at the forefront of innovative treatments for mental health and chronic pain? We’re seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and self-motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work closely with a nationally recognized leader in the use of ketamine therapy for anxiety, PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team making a tangible difference in patients’ lives. Our offices are conveniently located in Lower Manhattan, Melville (Long Island), and White Plains (Westchester County).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient consultations and collaborate with families regarding treatment plans

  • Support and monitor patients undergoing ketamine infusions

  • Respond effectively to patient needs and clinical changes during and post-treatment

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care

  • Float between office locations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of clinical experience as a PA or NP, preferably with IV medication administration

  • Experience in ICU or Emergency Medicine strongly preferred

  • Prior exposure to ketamine treatment is a plus, but not required

  • Skilled in starting and managing IV lines

  • Confident working both independently and under physician supervision

  • BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications required

  • Graduated from an accredited PA or NP program with a current NY State license in good standing

  • Active DEA license
