Job Title: Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) – Clinical & Site Leadership

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Physician Assistant to provide advanced mental health care while supporting site operations and staff leadership. This role includes hands-on patient care, oversight of clinical processes, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and innovative psychiatric treatments. The ideal PA is committed to patient-centered care, team development, and driving clinical excellence.

Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient assessments for advanced treatments, including Spravato therapy, on-site and via telehealth.

  • Administer treatments, provide medication management, and adjust care plans as needed.

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and workflows to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.

  • Mentor and support other clinical staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative environment.

  • Collaborate closely with the medical and clinical directors to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

  • Contribute to site strategy, quality improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid and current NY state license as a Physician Assistant with specialization in mental health care.

  • Experience in psychiatric assessments and treatment in mental health or related clinical settings.

  • Knowledge of innovative mental health therapies, including psychedelic-assisted treatments.

  • Leadership experience, including supervising staff and supporting site operations.
