Schedule
FT position available, 40 hours, Primarily Days, 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with all members of the health care team to provide high quality independent care for the entire breadth of patients core to the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation in multiple different outpatient settings. Experience in managing care of musculoskeletal, spine and neurorehabilitation patient populations preferred. Strong communication and clinical skills required. Prior NP/ PA experience preferred, the ability to bill all insurers is required, MS degree required, 1-5 years of experience preferred.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner
Requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have 5 years experience as an RN with one to three years of leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The Nurse Practitioner influences the quality and delivery of care in various roles including consultant, researcher, mentor, and practitioner. This role may be unit, program, or service based and is involved in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Physician Assistant
Completion of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program, licensure in goodstanding, and certified as a Registered Physician Assistant. Demonstrated clinical competence, superior verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness and customer relation skills, computer competence and must have an active desire to learn. This role may be unit, program, or service based and is involved in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $47.12- $65.97
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the jobs salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
