Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Occupational Health & Urgent Care
Position Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 30–40 hours/week (Weekdays, occasional weekends, no holidays)Compensation: $156,000 annually + Benefits Stipend
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a dynamic role that combines Occupational Health and Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) services. This position offers a flexible schedule and a supportive clinical environment focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care in occupational health and urgent care settings
- Conduct pre-employment physicals, return-to-work evaluations, and workplace injury assessments
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries in a UCC environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and employers
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Current NP or PA licensure in [Insert State]
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in occupational health and urgent care
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
