We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a PA who values continuity of care, patient relationships, and serving a culturally diverse population in a supportive outpatient environment.
About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. The practice prioritizes quality over quantity, offers strong provider support, and provides culturally competent care, especially for Korean-speaking patients and their families in the community.
Responsibilities

Provide outpatient primary care services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans

Manage acute and chronic conditions in accordance with evidence-based guidelines

Conduct routine exams, preventive care, and health screenings

Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate

Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Requirements

Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification

Current or pending New York State NP license

Korean language proficiency strongly preferred (spoken fluency)

Outpatient or primary care experience preferred, but new graduates may be considered

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
