Job Description:Position: Physician Assistant
J Medical is a healthcare facility specializing in providing high-quality medical care in Japanese to Japanese-speaking patients. Based in New York, we are deeply rooted in the local Japanese community and are currently seeking a Physician Assistant who can support comprehensive health management while building long-term relationships with patients.
About J Medical (My Medical Care PC)Founded in 2018, J Medical is located just a 3-minute walk from Grand Central Station, offering excellent accessibility. We are also open on Saturdays, providing a convenient option for busy patients.All of our staff, including physicians, receptionists, administrative, and clinical personnel, are fluent in Japanese. Many of our medical team members are Japanese professionals with prior experience working as nurses in Japan, and reception services are fully supported in Japanese.Annual Health Check-up (Ningen Dock): Patients from over 20 U.S. states and overseas come to us for comprehensive health checkups. Over 150 companies rely on our services, and we are among the top providers of Ningen Dock in the NYC metro area.Planned Expansion: We are planning to open additional branches soon, including a new clinic in Westchester, NY, and other locations across the U.S.
Position: Physician Assistant
Responsibilities:
- General outpatient and primary care services
- Regular health screenings and preventive care
- Management and treatment of chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
- Medical guidance and support for Japanese-speaking patients
- Referrals to specialists or other medical institutions as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid U.S. medical license (We provide support for the NY State licensing process if needed)
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Understanding of Japanese medical culture and the unique needs of Japanese patients
- Ability to treat patients from infancy through adulthood, including administering vaccinations and routine procedures is a plus

- 日本語対応: 医師をはじめ、受付、経理、医療従事者、法人営業担当者などすべてのスタッフが日本語対応可能です。特にメディカルスタッフは、日本の医療機関で看護師としての経験を積んだ日本人スタッフが対応し、受付もすべて日本語でのサポートが可能です。
- 人間ドック: 全米20州および海外からも多くの患者様が人間ドックを受診しており、150社以上の企業が当院のサービスを利用しています。NY都市圏では人間ドックのシェアで上位を占めています。
- 支院拡大予定: 近日中にNYウェストチェスター院をはじめ、米国内に支院を拡大する予定です。

業務内容
- 外来診療およびプライマリケアとしての業務全般
- 定期健康診断および予防医療
- 慢性疾患の管理および治療（糖尿病、高血圧など）
- 日本語を話す患者様に対する医療アドバイスおよびサポート
- 必要に応じて他の専門医や医療機関への紹介
応募資格・スキル
- 有効な米国免許をお持ちの方（ニューヨーク州の免許がない場合は申請費用等補助させて頂きます。）
- 日本語および英語での診療が可能な方
- 日本の医療文化を理解し、日本人患者様の特有のニーズに対応できる方歓迎
- 乳幼児から小児、大人の診察、予防接種などの各種処置が可能な方歓迎
勤務条件
- フルタイムもしくはパートタイム（勤務日・時間は要相談）

Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
