Job Overview –

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in various medical settings. This role requires a strong commitment to patient health, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Utilize electronic health record systems, including eClinicalWorks and Cerner, for documentation and patient management.
• Assist in research initiatives to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.
• Provide occupational health services, including evaluations and treatment of work-related injuries.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital medicine settings to ensure continuity of care.

Skills

• Proficient in hospital medicine practices and procedures.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatment is a plus.
• Strong skills in catheterisation techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Cerner.
• Ability to conduct research effectively within clinical environments.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.

Pay: $139,106.00 – $165,000.00 per year
