We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive patient care services in an outpatient primary care setting.This position involves working with both adult and pediatric patient populations.The ideal candidate is passionate about community health, fluent in Spanish, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:Provide care to patients across the lifespan (adults and pediatrics) in accordance with established clinical guidelines.Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a range of acute and chronic medical conditions.Develop and implement individualized care plans.Maintain accurate and timely documentation and complete required paperwork.Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, staff, and patients in both English andSpanish.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews.Supervise or support clinical staff, as needed, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:Fluency in Spanish is preferred1–2 years of experience in an Ambulatory Care or Community Health setting preferred.Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Studies program.Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.Current license to practice as a PA in the Northeastern United States.National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (PA-C) certification.DEA certificate.Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification; knowledge of infection control standards.
