Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Work autonomously, and have a track record of clinical excellence
- Conduct physicals, order lab tests, serve as PCP
- Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatment
- Maintain accurate records and schedules
- Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- Bilingual – Spanish strongly preferred.
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license.
- Active NPI and DEA registration.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $115,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
