Physician Assistant – Surgical First Assist (Full-Time)
Geneva, NY | OR + Clinic | Relocation Assistance Available
Located in the Finger Lakes region — commutable from Rochester, Canandaigua, Auburn, and surrounding communities.

We are seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, well-established surgical team in the Finger Lakes region of New York. This role offers a strong mix of OR First Assist and clinic responsibilities with excellent work-life balance and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do
- Act as First Assist in the Operating Room
- Support pre- and post-operative patient care in the clinic
- Assist with inpatient rounding as needed
- Coordinate care and communicate with referring and primary care providers
- Work closely with surgical leadership, including Chief of Surgery
Schedule & Setting
- Full-time, employed position
- OR + clinic-based role
- No travel required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $115,000 – $135,000

Requirements
- Active New York State PA license
- NCCPA certification
- DEA license
- BLS and ACLS
- Comfortable working as Surgical First Assist
