Job Summary
A well-established, growing multispecialty medical practice in Farmingdale, NY is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for a PA who enjoys primary care–focused patient care within a collaborative, diagnostics-rich environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Perform evaluations, diagnose, and develop treatment plans independently
- Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Collaborate with on-site specialties, including:
- Cardiology
- Gastroenterology
- Radiology
- Full Laboratory Services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and effective patient communication

Required
- PA-C certification
- Active New York State PA license (or eligibility)
- Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience
- Strong background in primary care or internal medicine
- Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team
Preferred
- Experience in a multispecialty or high-volume practice
- Comfort managing complex medical cases
- EMR experience
- Familiarity with Long Island/NYC patient population
