Experienced Injector
Who We Are Looking For:
Are you a skilled aesthetic injector with a flair for creativity, a commitment to patient care, and a desire to make a lasting impact? Our new V/O Med spa in Dobbs Ferry is seeking an experienced injector to play a pivotal role on our clinical team.
This is more than a typical injector position—it’s an opportunity to inspire a talented group of professionals and elevate the art and science of aesthetics. We’re looking for a dedicated expert, proficient in advanced injectable techniques, who’s eager to contribute through innovation, practice development, and a passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Advanced Aesthetic Treatments: Deliver expert-level facial rejuvenation, Injectables, Micro-needling, Lasers, Threads, Non-surgical body contouring, and Combination therapies tailored to each client.
- Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends, develop new treatment protocols, and actively participate in industry advancements.
- Business Collaboration: Partner with the management team to strategize marketing initiatives, optimize client retention, and contribute to practice growth.
- Patient Care: Ensure exceptional outcomes and build lasting relationships with clients, providing consultations, follow-ups, and care plans with expertise and empathy
- Social Media: Actively engage in social media, showcasing expertise, treatment results, and brand awareness through personal content creation, advertising, and maintaining an active following to attract and educate clients.
Your Background:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of aesthetic injection experience.
- Proficiency in advanced techniques and modalities such as full facial rejuvenation and non-surgical body contouring.
- PA or NP only.
- Leadership: Demonstrated mentorship and team-building abilities.
- Industry Contributions: Participation in conferences, workshops, publications, or research that advance the aesthetics field.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of client retention strategies, marketing, and practice growth.
Progression Criteria:
- Exceptional patient outcomes with an 80% or higher utilization rate.
- Demonstrated leadership through mentorship and collaboration with junior injectors.
- Proven involvement in research, innovation, and contributions to the aesthetics industry.

Experience Required:
- Aesthetic Injection: 3-5 years minimum required (Required), PA or NP ONLY
- Leadership or Mentorship: 3+ years (Preferred)
- Technology: Experience using advanced booking systems like Zenoti (Preferred), social media savvy
- Book of business a plus
