Full Job Description
We need a Physician Assistant to help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations, as well as to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic results, and formulate and prescribe treatment plans.
QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries, and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds.
Position Details:
- Initial Schedule 1 – 2 days per week (WED/THURS/FRI)
- Clinic Hours 7:30 am to 6:00 pm (1 hr. lunch). Hours may vary
- Compensation is $900 per day
- Must be able to attend a 2-day training class
Qualifications:
- Sports medicine/Orthopedic focused exams
- Joint injections in an out-patient setting
- Ability to read and interpret X-rays and MRIs
- Manage patient flow (Day/clinic hours)
- Ensure delivery of timeliness, cleanliness, and professionalism to each patient
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent bedside manner is required
- Must be a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Required licensing and experience:
- 5 years of experience with injections and orthopedic examinations
- Must be licensed in the State of New York
