Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing primary care team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of enthusiasm, experience, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (18+), addressing acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare needs.
- Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Actively participate in practice growth initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current and unrestricted PA license in New York.
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or a related field (preferred).
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the practice.

Pay: $107,001.00 – $113,085.00 per year
