Schedule Details:
-8am-6pm must be flexible. Mon – Fri Only, No weekends or holidays. 40hrs weekly.
-Program Model (# of providers in practice): 6 Urologists
Practice Details:
-Patients per Day/Volume (rounding):30/Day for each Urologist/TBD how many patients for PA panel
Procedures Required: None
EMR: Epic
Requirements:– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and Degree or major in Certified Physician Assistant
-ACLS and BLS
-Active NY License Required
-DEA Required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $5,500.00 – $5,800.00 per week
