Position OverviewWe’re hiring a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Primary and Urgent Care team. In this outpatient role, you’ll provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, working alongside a supportive team of medical professionals in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Conduct physical exams, routine checkups, and preventive screenings
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications
- Coordinate follow-up care and specialist referrals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure seamless care
Qualifications
- NP: Master’s degree in Nursing (APRN), NYS NP license, board certified
- PA: Graduate of an accredited PA program, NYS license, NCCPA certified
- DEA license and prescriptive authority
- 1–2 years of experience in primary or urgent care preferred
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred
- Strong clinical skills, clear communication, and a patient-first approach
