Physician Assistant (PA) – Telehealth Urgent Care Location: Hybrid (Prospect Lefferts Gardens + Remote Flexibility) Compensation: $90–$105 per hour

Schedule Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (In-Office) Tuesday & Thursday: Choice of 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (In-Office) Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Remote)

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Physician Assistant to join a well-structured telehealth urgent care practice. This role is ideal for a PA who wants a predictable hybrid schedule, strong clinical support, and a smooth, organized workflow. The practice is professional, efficient, and built for providers who value clarity, stability, and consistent patient volume.

You will manage virtual urgent care visits, assess patients accurately and efficiently, and handle a wide range of common urgent care conditions. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and comfort working independently while remaining connected to the team. A Medicaid ID number is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual urgent care assessments.

• Diagnose and manage common acute conditions.

• Provide clear treatment plans and follow-up guidance.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active New York PA license.

• Active Medicaid ID number ( required ).

• Experience in primary care or urgent care.

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Comfort and efficiency in a telehealth environment.
