Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care across a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient, family medicine environments. Your expertise will support physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in clinical research, utilize eclinical EMR systems, and contribute to innovative patient management strategies. Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments including history-taking, physical examinations, vital signs measurement, and diagnostic evaluations using advanced physiology knowledge.
  • Assist in medical procedures such as suturing, injections, Pap smears
  • Manage acute pain cases and participate in pain management protocols within outpatient settings.
  • Document clinical findings accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Administer medications and injections following aseptic techniques while maintaining safety standards.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging or laboratory data; interpret ICD-9/ICD-10 coding for billing and documentation purposes.
  • Engage in telehealth consultations to extend care access remotely; provide health coaching and education tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Contribute to the training of new staff or students by sharing expertise in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and clinical best practices.

Skills

  • Proven experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks; familiarity with medical records management is essential.
  • Strong communication skills for patient education, health coaching, team collaboration, and documentation clarity.
