Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will be experienced, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care to a diverse geriatric community.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • No nights, no weekends
  • Value-Based Care model focused on Geriatric patients
  • Small patient panel: Daily census of 7–10 patients
  • Emphasis on quality care over volume
  • No lengthy credentialing process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and preventive care services to elderly patients in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care for PACE Participants
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record system

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $160,000 – $178,000
  • Annual bonus (up to 20% of salary)

Requirements:

  • Current Physician Assistant licensure in New York State
  • National certification (NCCPA)
  • At least 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a care team
