We are professional, agile and our goal is to Heartcare Consulting is a multispecialty clinic committed to providing patients with quality and personalized care along with respect and compassion. We are looking for Full-time and Part-time Nurse Practitioner’s or Physician Assistant’s to join our team. Heartcare Consulting home office is located on Church Ave in the Flatbush area of Brooklyn. This diverse community is the home to a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures . Below is a list of requirements and expectations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians and other team members to deliver care Perform health maintenance services, including patient education Refer patients to specialist if needed Ordering diagnostic tests Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections and injuries Prescribing medications and other treatments Managing Patients overall care May need travel to our sister locations located in Pearl Street, Brooklyn NY Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities.

We are looking for Physician Assistants with experience in a wide range of medical specialties including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to communicate with patients about their care and treatment.
  • Understand how infectious diseases are transmitted and how to protect oneself from infection.
  • Understand when to refer a patient to another health care professional.
  • Be able to recognize and manage common illnesses that plague the community.
  • Have good bedside manners.
  • Appropriately triage patients, including those with urgent or emergency complaints.
  • Have the ability to treat wounds and manage infections.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $132,502.39 – $140,829.02 per year
