Full Job Description
A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a high-volume clinical team providing telehealth care in their Brooklyn office. This role is ideal for a fast-paced, confident provider who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making a consistent impact through direct patient care. You will be seeing a high volume of patients daily, delivering efficient, high-quality medical evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-ups in a supportive and collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations via telehealth and in-person visits
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
- Document all encounters accurately and in compliance with protocols
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care
- Provide patient education and follow-up guidance
- Maintain compliance with state laws, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Active NP or PA license in New York State
- 1-2 years of previous clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable seeing high patient volume
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Willingness to work the specified evening and weekend schedule
Salary: $95-$120/hour
Hours: Variable shifts within the following hours: M-Th: 3 pm – 10 pm, Friday 8 am – 2 pm , Sat night: 6 pm – 12 am. Sunday. 10 am – 10 pm.
