We are seeking a New York State-certified and licensed Gastroenterology/Obesity Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established GI/Hepatology/Obesity Medicine practice in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and clinical skills, as well as a of 2 years of experience in GI/Hepatology (Obesity Medicine a plus).
Job Summary:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include interacting with patients, diagnosing and treating various GI/hepatology conditions and/or Obesity and Overweight-related illnesses, providing patient education on treatment plans, medications, and procedures. Performing all non-endoscopic procedures such as Breath Testing, Anorectal Manometry, Video Capsule Endoscopy, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for entering relevant data into our Electronic Medical Record software, requiring basic computer literacy.
You will be working closely with our Head Gastroenterologist, who has 20 years of experience in the field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $80.00 per hour

- EMR systems: 2 years (Required)
