Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chinese Speaking Primary Care PA/NP to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate management plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with specialists for referrals and coordinate care for patients with complex needs.
- Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of existing conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care services.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- Board Certified PA or NP in good standing.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine preferred.
- New Grads will be considered!
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care while respecting patient autonomy and preferences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Current state medical license and DEA registration.
