Full Job Description
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant – Pediatrics (ICU/NICU) to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. To this day, Jacobi and NCB remain respected leaders in emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care, pediatrics, primary care, and women’s health. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein College of Medicine to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details:
- Performing history and physical examinations.
- Ordering diagnostic tests based on assessments.
- Developing treatment plans.
- Prescribing necessary medications and other therapies.
- Making referrals, as necessary.
- Documenting findings in the electronic medical record.
- Consulting with supervising medical provider, when appropriate.
- Counseling patients and families regarding care.

Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant.

Current certification issued by the NCCPA.

Must be ACLS/BLS certified.
