Overview:
A driver will meet the provider where the patients are located. A meeting point can be provided. No house pick ups. 12 patients per day face to face in each borough assigned area. Cluster patients in each borough. 200-300 patients for each provider. 8:30 AM starting until you reach the daily quota. Number of working days by 10 and then it will be $55/per patient.We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and possess knowledge in physiology. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical office setting, providing essential healthcare services to patients.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and provide primary care services- Perform triage and assist in family planning consultations- Administer IV infusions and provide hospice palliative medicine support- Perform catheterizations when necessary- Utilize Cerner or similar electronic health record systems efficiently- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a clinic setting
Requirements:- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program- Current certification as a Physician Assistant- Experience in primary care and medical office settings preferred- Proficiency in conducting triage and family planning procedures- Ability to administer IV infusions and provide hospice palliative care- Competency in catheterization procedures- Familiarity with electronic health record systems like Cerner- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a clinic environment
