Job Summary
As a PA/NP at Nao Medical, you’ll deliver high-quality primary and urgent care, collaborate with an integrated clinical team, and support a model of efficient, patient-centered service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care across all ages
- Perform assessments, order/interpret diagnostics, and manage treatment plans
- Use technology-driven tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient care
- Educate and counsel patients on preventive health
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Master’s/Doctorate in Family Nurse Practice
- Active New York State PA or FNP license and certification (NCCPA, ANCC, or AANP)
- Good to have NYS trainings: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control
- Completion of accredited training with clinical experience across primary care, urgent care, or related rotations
- FMCSA certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and experience using EMR systems
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in primary or urgent care, DEA registration, Suboxone certification, and bilingual English/Spanish skills
