Physician Assistant – Vascular Surgery
Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) with expertise or strong interest in Vascular Surgery. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work alongside a high-performing surgical team focused on delivering outstanding vascular care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the operating room during vascular surgical procedures
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
- Manage inpatient rounds and outpatient follow-ups
- Interpret diagnostic tests and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with attending physicians, nurses, and other staff to coordinate care
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
Schedule & Shift Details
- Full-time schedule
- Specific shift details and on-call duties to be discussed during the interview process
Qualifications – Required
- Master’s degree or higher
- Current and valid Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) license in the state of New Mexico (NM)
- Surgical experience, preferably in vascular or cardiothoracic settings, is strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $230,000.00 per year
