Perks & Pay

  • $53.29–$74.90/hr (based on experience/education)
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

We are seeking a cross-cover Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Cross-cover APPs are responsible for overnight coverage of adult medicine teams, including internal medicine, hematology, medical oncology, and transplant. Duties include triaging, assessing, and intervening upon acute patient issues that occur overnight and performing admissions in collaboration with a nocturnist physician. New graduates are welcome to apply. A $100/night stipend is given in addition to base pay.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant
  • CPR, ACLS/PALS, DEA, and State License required
  • 1+ year experience preferred (new grads welcome!)

APP Benefits:

  • New Mexico Health Care Workers Loan Repayment Program (HPLR…Up to $25,000
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF):
  • Dependent Education Scholarship: Undergraduate tuition at UNM for spouses, partners, and dependent children (up to 8 semesters).
  • 20 days annual leave per year, eligible after five months of employment (6.16 hours accrued each pay period) – Prorated based on FTE
  • 56 hours of educational leave per year, paid – does not rollover
  • $1,110 in CME money – prorated based on FTE
