A leading beloved local Children’s Health Clinic in is currently seeking a Pediatric Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Our client’s practice is known for it’s care and concern for their community, being a part of the team will allow you to make a strong difference in the wellbeing and development of local children.

Position Overview:

As a Pediatric PA or NP, you will provide quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in a variety of settings. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, as well as educate patients and their families on preventive care and management of chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans

– Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures

– Prescribe medications and treatments as needed

– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

– Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

– Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

– Current PA or NP license in NJ

– Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

– Experience in a pediatric setting

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

– Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
