We are expanding our Brick, NJ location and seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, team-based environment that values continuity of care, wellness, and strong provider-patient relationships.
Position Summary:
As a key member of our primary care team, the NP or PA will provide preventive, chronic, and acute care services to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and collaborative clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage a range of acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and follow-up care plans
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and care team for integrated, team-based care
- Document all encounters accurately and timely using our EHR system
Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- 1–2 years of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- A strong commitment to patient-centered, preventative care
