We are hiring for a Nocturnist critical care APP. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours

Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 5 physicians and 3 Critical Care APPs at Raritan Bay Medical Center.
- Work alongside a strong clinical team dedicated to the highest level of care.
Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant board certification required
- At least 3 years of experience as an Acute Care Physician Assistant in the ICU
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling:
- Nocturnist APP will work 12 hour night shifts (7p-7a) in a modified block schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patients in the ICU
- Work as part of the larger Intensivist team in a collaborative environment
- Provide documentation of procedural competency (intubations, central lines, arterial lines, etc.)

- Compensation: Annual nocturnist compensation between $187,000-$215,000, depending on the number of shifts worked.
