Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Nurse Injector
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector to join our growing aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background, excellent aesthetic judgment, and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through safe, ethical, and personalized cosmetic treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including but not limited to:
◦ Botox® and other neuromodulators
◦ Dermal fillers
◦ Lasers
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with state regulations
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction before, during, and after treatments
- Follow all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage complications appropriately
- Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team as required
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment
- Stay current on aesthetic trends, techniques, and continuing education
- Support practice growth through excellent customer service and patient retention
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a medical team
- CPR/BLS certification required
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cosmetic injectables in a medical spa or aesthetic practice
- Sales and patient conversion experience
