Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team

We are a new MedSpa

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in aesthetic procedures and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care .

Current NP or PA license in good standing in the state of New Jersey

Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine

Proven track record of performing advanced aesthetic procedures

Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Aesthetic Medicine: 1 year (Required)

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 – $95.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to:

Neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport)

Dermal filler treatments

Microneedling (both mechanical and radiofrequency)

Laser hair removal

IV Hydration Therapy

Other advanced aesthetic treatments as qualified

Conduct thorough patient consultations, creating personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and expectations

Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice

Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure adherence to all relevant medical regulations and protocols

Collaborate closely with the medical director and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities

Contribute to the development of spa protocols and standard operating procedures

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and staff

Exhibit a strong commitment to teamwork, actively supporting and collaborating with all members of the medical spa team

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas

Uphold the spa’s commitment to discretion and privacy, including HIPAA compliance

Display a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction

Contribute to a culture of excellence by consistently delivering superior service and results

Adapt to the dynamic needs of a new, growing practice with flexibility and enthusiasm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 – $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
