Full Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in various medical settings. This role requires a compassionate individual who can provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, including performing procedures such as tube feeding and administering dermal fillers.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
  • Utilize medical imaging techniques to support diagnosis and treatment.
  • Provide emergency care as needed, including ventilating patients using neonatal ventilators when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure to practice.
  • Experience in emergency medicine, senior care, or memory care preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of medical imaging technologies and electronic health records (Epic).
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $120,000.00 – $142,460.00 per year
