OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a medical office. This position requires a strong commitment to patient well-being and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic or healthcare system.
Experience
- A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in primary care and/or endocrinology
- Familiarity with clinical systems and electronic health records (EHR) is essential.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $58.09 – $64.18 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
