Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our high-volume, fast-paced practice. This role offers a rare opportunity to work collaboratively across specialties in an energetic environment, with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts. Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate of an accredited PA program; licensed (or eligible) in NJ
- 1+ year experience preferred in orthopedic, sports, primary, or wellness settings
- Comfortable working evenings and some weekends
- Passionate about interdisciplinary care and patient outcomes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care effectively.
- Assist in outpatient and inpatient settings, providing high-quality medical care.
- Execute procedures such as gastric lavage and tube feeding as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Participate in family planning consultations and education for patients.
- Engage in research activities to contribute to the advancement of medical practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
