We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and ambitious Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.

Role & Schedule
- Full-Time, starting October
- Morning & Evening Shifts on a rotational basis
- Weekend Coverage (Saturday & Sunday rotation required)
- Flexibility built-in, with transparency on expectations from the start
Skills & Requirements
- Education & Licensure – Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program; current PA-C license in NJ (or eligibility).
- Experience Preferred – 1+ year in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, or wellness settings.
- Familiarity with EMR Systems – CureMD, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other digital tools.
- Clinical Excellence – Strong diagnostic, procedural, and patient education skills.
- Adaptability – Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal and wellness conditions
- Perform and assist with in-office procedures (e.g., joint injections, PRP, IV therapy, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall wellness
- Maintain detailed documentation within EMR systems
- Participate in continuous learning, training, and practice development initiatives
