Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat, LLC, a premier provider group in NJ, is looking for a Physician Assistant to join their growing team of professionals. Physician Assistants at Coastal ENT work collaboratively with other members of the medical team to meet the needs of patents in the hospital and office setting.
Responsibilities:
· Work in conjunction with a team of board-certified otolaryngologists and audiologists
· Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed history of patients
· Complete diagnostic exams and formulate treatment plans in hospital and clinic setting
· Perform flexible and rigid endoscopes, cerumen removal, suturing, removal of foreign bodies
· Order medication and diagnostic testing
· Perform pre-operative teaching and post-operative care
· Demonstrate strong organizational skills and communicate effectively
· Shares in on-call responsibilities
· Travel to all affiliated hospitals to deliver patient care
· Assist in surgery
· Rotate in on-call schedule
Qualifications:
· NJ Physician Assistant licensure
· Proficiency with EMR systems
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Previous experience in Otolaryngology preferred
ENT experience is preferred, but Coastal ENT is willing to train the right candidate.
