We are a renowned surgical practice specializing in Pelvic Dysfunctions, while also offering comprehensive services in medical and aesthetic services. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in dermatology to join our team. In this unique role, the PA will also serve as the Lead for our Medspa operations.
Position Overview:The Physician Assistant (PA) will be responsible for delivering care, performing clinical procedures, and collaborating with the physicians in our practice. In addition, the PA will take a leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our Medspa, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff management, and service offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine clinical dermatology expertise with the fast-paced, rewarding environment of a Medspa.
Key Responsibilities:
Dermatology Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and comprehensive exams.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of pelvic conditions, including but not limited to endometriosis, Pelvic Nerve Pain, PCOS, Fibroids, prolapse and Chronic UTIs.
- Perform procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and other minor surgical interventions.
- Collaborate with the physician team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Educate patients on Pelvic health, preventative care
- Document patient information in medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor and follow up on patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Medspa Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Medspa Lead, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Supervise Medspa staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, professionalism, and safety protocols.
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other Medspa services.
- Provide consultations to patients, offering personalized Medspa treatment recommendations based on their goals and needs.
- Stay updated on the latest Medspa trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating new offerings into the practice as appropriate.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring that supplies are stocked, and equipment is well-maintained.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new Medspa clients and build patient loyalty.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations in the Medspa setting.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid Physician Assistant license in New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dermatology, with hands-on experience in performing dermatological procedures.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a Medspa or aesthetic medical environment.
- Knowledge of Medspa procedures and services (Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to educate and build relationships with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for patient care and staying current with advancements in both dermatology and Medspa

Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
